Amsterdam Offshore Dining Experience

Pollux_2DutchAmsterdam.nl - The Pollux is a beautiful three-mast ship that has been converted into a floating bar and restaurant. I've read a couple of reviews, and it seems to be worth a visit.

The Pollux is located in the renovated Maritime Quarter near the former NDSM Wharf in Amsterdam-North. For those who didn't know, this is now the location for the Amstel Botel, which used to be moored next to Centraal Station. The easiest way to get to The Pollux is to jump on a ferry at the rear of Centraal Station. The trip takes about 10 minutes.
