The BBC seems to have taken a number of people by surprise with this article on the Technology page of the its website, claiming Ofcom is rethinking the way it will allocate the spectrum that becomes available when the UK switches to digital. Broadcasters and mobile companies are already jostling to take advantage of the so-called 'Digital Dividend'.
